As the first UX/UI designer at Payfactors, I built the foundation of a compensation analytics platform that transformed complex salary benchmarking into a clear, actionable workflow for HR teams. My Axure high‑fidelity prototypes became the centerpiece of monthly product preview videos led by the Head of Product, showcasing new features and upcoming tools before any code was written.
These prototypes were critical for aligning stakeholders, validating functionality, and avoiding costly development missteps. I partnered across product, marketing, and engineering to drive feature releases and secure adoption—ultimately contributing to the platform’s acquisition by PayScale, where my original interfaces continue to support compensation strategy at scale.
