Honeywell partnered with CAMP Systems to modernize the oil and filter sample submission process for aircraft maintenance teams. The legacy workflow relied on paper checklists, which led to frequent errors in sample identification, incorrect filter usage hours, and costly resubmissions.
The new mobile experience replaced manual entry with guided forms and validation logic reducing errors, accelerating turnaround, and improving technician confidence in maintenance decisions.

Without a mobile interface, technicians were tethered to desktop workflows that couldn’t support field diagnostic. Paper forms led to incomplete data, misreported usage hours, duplicate submissions, and delays in sample creating errors, bottlenecks, and higher operational risk.

Mapped lab proximity logic to support sample routing and reduce turnaround time
